Sara Morency

Sara Morency is a Learning and Development Business Partner for Small Medium Business Sales at Google. Before joining Google, Sara established her own consulting business assisting leaders in the nonprofit sector with coaching and organizational development services. With over a decade of experience in operations and program management, Sara brings a wealth of knowledge to her current role. She also held the position of President at Young Women Social Entrepreneurs in San Francisco. Sara is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and holds a bachelor's degree from Tufts University. Sara has studied Biology at the University Of Oregon and completed programs in Leadership, Human Resources, and Management at the Bay Area LISC's Community Development Leadership Institute and The Coaches Training Institute.

Sara's professional experience includes roles such as Leadership, Team, and Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, Organizational Development Practitioner, Manager of Leader Curriculum and Design, and Learning Designer and Facilitator at Google. Furthermore, she has served as an Executive Coaching Program and Engagement Manager at Google. Sara has also worked as a Senior Project Manager in the Professional Training Department and as an Operations Manager at Build It Green. Prior to that, she was a Lead Client Service Representative at the San Francisco SPCA. She has a diverse background in coaching, group facilitation, and program management.
