★ Categorized and analyzed 50,000+ annual creative requests for creative collateral, identifying automation and efficiency improvement opportunities by implementing a new tool suite and a comprehensive overhaul of the intake process.
★ Crafted and revised job responsibilities for the entire division, collaborating with HR and external consultants to rewrite 30 job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and aligning all employees to new roles. No employees were eliminated in the process. Implemented Screendragon as the centralized resource planning, SOW alignment, and project management platform for Geometry's North American locations.
★ Supported the execution of shopper marketing strategies for renowned GM brands (Cheerios, Yoplait, Pillsbury, and Nature Valley) in collaboration with prominent retailers like Target, Walmart, and Whole Foods. Orchestrated the creation of impactful customer experiences to boost sales and enhance brand awareness for major movie launches (e.g., Star Wars and Spider-Man).
★ Mentored and guided six staff members to assume more senior roles, facilitating their professional growth and providing opportunities for career advancement.

★ Hired to provide structure to a rapidly scaling team due to increased business, consisting of 15 project managers across eight key clients, with a total book of business valued at $52M. Accountable for managing projects across Verizon, United States Postal Service, New York Lottery, Microsoft, Choice Hotels, and projects benefiting McCann Worldgroup. Personally supervised the execution of key new business pitches, resulting in an additional $3.5M in revenue.
★ Conducted meetings with key stakeholders agency-wide to identify process gaps and assess the alignment of project managers to client accounts based on individual skill sets and personality traits.  Streamlined the intake process, validated client resource plans, and restructured the team's billable hours to ensure alignment with individual Statements of Work (SOWs)
