    Sara Katzoff is a prominent theater maker, teacher, and performer with a diverse background in creating, teaching, and performing on stage.

    As the co-founder of Bazaar Productions and the Artistic Director of The Berkshire Fringe, Sara has dedicated over a decade to devising and curating new works for the stage.

    Her directing work spans various productions such as PASSAGE, Facing Our Truth, The Exonerated, Everywoman, RIOT, The Motherf**ker With the Hat, among others, showcasing her versatile skill set.

    In addition to directing, Sara has an extensive performance history touring nationally with renowned companies and appearing in numerous plays and productions.

    Sara's involvement in theater extends beyond the stage as she has also served as a guest director at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a visiting lecturer at the University at Albany.

    Having studied at Dell'Arte International and earned a B.A in performance studies from Bard College at Simon’s Rock, Sara is currently pursuing her M.F.A in directing at Boston University, further enriching her theatrical expertise.

    Sara is known for her collaborative spirit, evident in her long-term partnership with Peter Wise, with whom she resides in Boston.

    Currently working as a freelance director in the Northeast, Sara's passion for theater and dedication to the performing arts shine through her extensive body of work and contributions to the theatrical community.
