Sara Hiller
Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager at DAI
Sara Hiller is an international development professional with nine years of experience in challenging environments like Myanmar, Pakistan, and Iraq.
Currently, she serves as a Project Manager at DAI's Center for Secure and Stable States (CS3), overseeing program management to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
She is also a Fellow at DAI's Monitoring for Development Results (MfDR) division, specializing in monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) across project delivery, new business efforts, and knowledge management.
Prior to her role at DAI, Sara worked at the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), providing research and MEL support in the Gender, Economic Empowerment, and Livelihoods portfolio.
She holds a Master of Science in Evidence-Based Social Intervention & Policy Evaluation from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland.
