Sara Halperin is a seasoned digital strategist with over a decade of experience in creating, designing, editing, curating, and managing content and technologies. She holds an advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
Her educational background includes a B.A. in International Relations from American University, studies in Modernization and Social Change at the School for International Training, and coursework in Scholarship, German Language, Culture, and Politics through the Congress-Bundestag Youth Exchange program.
Sara has held various roles in prestigious organizations such as the Association of American Medical Colleges (AAMC), where she served as Product Owner for Content Management Systems and previously as a Senior Web Specialist. Additionally, she has worked as an Independent Consultant specializing in Content Strategy and Website Development at the Institute for Multi-Track Diplomacy.
Prior to her roles at AAMC, Sara gained experience as a Web Specialist and Communications Associate within the same organization. She also contributed her skills as the Chairperson of the Communications Committee at Bull Run Unitarian Universalists and held positions at the Hartford Geriatric Social Work Initiative, The Gerontological Society of America; Island Press; Close Up Foundation; and Women & Politics Institute.
