Sara Flanagan

Sara Flanagan is a seasoned international TV and digital producer, talent manager, and casting consultant with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She is also a content producer, presenter, and writer, having worked with top brands and agencies on talent and content strategies. Sara has helped establish IMG Australia's influencer portfolio and is a former senior talent manager at the company. She excels in managing talent, developing content strategies, and creating compelling digital content. Before joining IMG, Sara worked as a Head of Production at Boom Natives and a Manager at Living Interactive at Virgin Media.

She has an academic background in Public Relations, Literature, Journalism, and Social Sciences from RMIT University. She is also a former special projects manager and interactive producer at Turner Broadcasting, where she handled major productions and managed large teams. She started her career as a copywriter and subeditor at C&B Communications before moving on to Eventures Australia Pty Ltd, where she worked as an Assistant Event Manager.
