Sara Barnes is an accomplished business operations and entrepreneurial management consultant/mentor with a proven international business environment spanning multiple dimensions. She has a wealth of experience working with economic, political, cultural, and technological facets in specific national settings, and linking them through to globalization, particularly the role of transnational corporations. Being at the forefront of convergence and understanding of global forces, as well as local and regional differences, Sara is well-equipped to develop essential strategy formulations in rapidly-changing environments.

Sara's early education includes a Bachelor's Degree in Islamic Science from the Islamic University in Doha, Qatar (IOU), and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from New College, Swindon. Additionally, she has completed various other courses, including Medical Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Building A Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, among other programs.

A seasoned professional, Sara has held several positions of note. Before that, she worked as an Ex Royal Malaysian Air Force Air Crew at Royal Malaysian Air Force (RMAF).
