Sara Baker

Sara Baker is a psychiatric registered nurse with a master's degree in nursing and a master's degree in counseling and psychology. Currently, she has completed a post-graduate psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner certificate program and is preparing for boards and licensure. Sara's professional experience includes working in inpatient acute psychiatry across the lifespan and gaining clinical experience in outpatient settings. She specializes in counseling high-risk youth, substance use disorder, behavioral health counseling, international social science research, data and statistical analysis, as well as coordinating social services and wraparound care.

Sara's educational background consists of a Post-graduate Certificate in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama, a Master’s Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from The Johns Hopkins University, a Master's Degree in Counseling & Psychology from Troy University, and a B.A. in Psychology, International Studies, and World Religions from East Carolina University.
