Focused on the effects that defined-benefit pension plans had on corporate reputation scores, as determined by Korn Ferry's FORTUNE rankings. This study hoped to determine if the general trend of companies switching from defined-benefit to deferred-benefit plans was negatively affecting the overall performance of firms. To produce the most concrete statistical data, we controlled for innovation, people management, use of corporate assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment, quality of offerings, and global competitiveness, return on assets, asset size, PP&E, and minimized leverage.

Rejuvenate is a company that creates automated pill dispensers (called PODs) with two functions: it allows consumers to not hassle over remembering when to take their pills, and it prevents patients from overdosing on addictive medications. Through rapid innovation, Rejuvenate hopes to radically change the PharmaTech industry, by integrating cloud-based technologies with an application that seamlessly syncs with the POD. Through Rejuvenate, my team hopes to impact the world around us in a positive way, as we try to solve our nation’s addiction epidemic.
