Santosh Arya

Santosh Kumar Arya is an experienced civil engineer with over 12 years of cross-functional expertise in the areas of work planning, civil and structural works, estimation and tendering skills, quality assurance and safety assurance, cost control, physical turnover enhancement, MS Project, and MS Office '10. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Tata Steel Ltd in India, Santosh has extensive experience in civil construction management, project coordination, and vendor relation management. He has a result-oriented record of streamlining works with internal customers and suppliers at steel plant, power plant site, office buildings, and high-rise building projects. Santosh is an expert in managing operations involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building, and coordination with internal departments. He is a strategic planner with expertise in implementing cost-saving measures and possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. He is also an excellent communicator with relationship building and interpersonal skills. Santosh holds a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Tiruchirappalli.
