Santiago Rojas Montoya is a Managing Director at Cube Ventures, focusing on world-class, underrepresented, early stage tech startups in Latin America. With a track record of building a portfolio of 100+ startups across 9 countries in under 3 years, Santiago is highly experienced in the startup ecosystem.

Apart from his role at Cube Ventures, Santiago is also a former tech entrepreneur, having co-founded StartOp (SAAS) and Phylo Legal (Legaltech). His entrepreneurial journey has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the Kairos Society Fellowship, IBM Global Entrepreneurship distinction, and being ranked Top 8 in 100 Open Startups Colombia.

Santiago's expertise extends beyond entrepreneurship to various roles in company building, startup accelerators, government entities, and startup support groups. He has been a keynote speaker at reputed events and institutions including Tec de Monterry, HEC Paris, and Miami Tech Week, showcasing his thought leadership in the tech and startup space.
