Service Coordinator at Technopolis

Current work tasks include responsibility for ICT services as well as Meeting and Restaurant services on business unit level and ensuring the quality and functionality of the services. Additionally, facility management services were on my responsibility for a few years. Collaboration with service partners and with internal partners such as Real Estate and Sales teams and Financial department is a regular part of my daily work, as is the customer service staff orientation on service issues and maintenance of their required skills and knowledge. Additionally, sales support for sales personnel and varied, multiple  financial administration tasks are part of my work.  I am a go-to-person for M-Files, intelligent information management platform, for Oulu Business Unit personnel in any questions related to the platform. I served on the Green Office team from 2011 to 2019 and was a member of Occupational Safety and Health and Cooperation Committee team from 2012 to 2017.

Service Coordinator

Work tasks included customer responsibility for business services according to customer relationship management model in Oulu business unit, service sales and sales tracking and product management of ICT services within the business unit. Managing customer moves, budgeting and forecasting support as well as purchase and sales invoicing were part of my regular tasks. Addition to this, I was a member of the national product group and Technopolis network steering groups for the ICT services.

Account Manager

Work tasks included the responsibility for ICT services, being part of a nationwide ICT services development team and management team, monthly allocations of service invoices, budgeting assistance, service and customer complaint handling, service sales and contracts, and managing customer service changes.

Service Manager

Work tasks include: Monthly allocations of service invoices, service sales, tendering and contracts, service changes for the customers, co-operation with service partners, cleaning service quality control, business services quotation campaigns, purchase invoice review and organizing substitution and creating weekly rosters for customer service secretaries.

Service Negotiator

Work tasks included working in the customer service,handling customer switchboards, access control management for the facilities, handling the duties of the Swedish Consulate (eg passport, communication with the Embassy, etc.) and meeting room arrangements.
