Sanjivani Sadani is an accomplished HR professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in various organizations. Additionally, she pursued a Masters in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.

Sanjivani Sadani has held key HR roles in reputable companies, showcasing her expertise in the field. Currently, she serves as the Chief Human Resource Officer for CIPLA's Indian business division. Prior to this, she gained valuable experience as the Head of HR for the Foods Business at Godrej Agrovet Limited. She also has a rich history with Godrej Industries and Associate Companies, where she was a member of the Godrej Leadership Forum, Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Corporate HR, and AVP of Human Resources for different business units.
