Sanjib Kumar Roy is the founder & Secretary of Shyamsundar Child and Women Development Society (SCWDS), a professionally managed NGO focused on community capacity building and issue-based networking. SCWDS aims to address the problems of the poor, emphasizing on justice, dignity, environment stabilization, food security, and community empowerment.
