Sanjaya Mohottala is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in Corporate Development, Economic Development, Business Transformation, and various industries like Transport & Logistics, Industrial Goods, Consumer Goods, Telco, and Medical Device Startups.

He holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Strategy from UCLA Anderson School of Management, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Diploma in Management Accountant from CIMA, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering specializing in Electronic and Telecommunication Engineering from the University of Moratuwa.

Sanjaya has held leadership roles such as Chairman at The Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Independent Non-Executive Director at Softlogic Life Insurance PLC, and board positions at organizations like Sri Lanka Export Development Board and SriLankan Airlines Official.

His professional journey includes significant tenures at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he served as Managing Director and Partner, Principal, Project Leader, and Consultant. He also gained valuable experience as a Brand Manager at Unilever Sri Lanka and as an Oracle Product Specialist and Presales Engineer at Millennium Information Technologies.
