Sanjay Swarup is an internationally experienced strategic finance executive and business owner, serving as the CEO and Founder of SKS Business Services. He is known for his entrepreneurial approach focused on creating wealth through win-win solutions for stakeholders.

With a background in fundraising, forecasting, cashflow management, equity and debt raising, finance function outsourcing, team building, business development, sales, mergers and acquisitions, Sanjay has been instrumental in providing strategic business advice to clients, driving business growth, and optimizing tax positions.

Having served as a CFO for global Natural Resource businesses, Sanjay developed a successful Finance Function Outsourcing model and further expanded his expertise by acquiring and enhancing business restructuring and insolvency services. He has a track record of assisting clients in multi-million dollar capital raising endeavors.

Prior to his role at SKS Business Services, Sanjay Swarup held the position of a Senior Planning and Analysis Manager at BP – Exploration and Production (E&P), where he introduced portfolio management concepts leading to significant cost savings. He was responsible for planning and monitoring capital spend programs worth billions.

Sanjay's educational background includes being a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and England and Wales. He also holds an MBA in Business Administration from Cranfield University - Cranfield School of Management.
