Sanja Basara, a former professional volleyball player and current Talent Acquisition Specialist at FatCat Select, is an experienced recruitment professional with a wealth of expertise in performance management, interpersonal relationships, client relations, and building organizational structure and culture. She holds a Master's degree in Economic Analysis and Politics and another in Macroeconomics from the University of Belgrade.

Along with her experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Sanja has worked as a Customer Success Manager and Project Manager at Coddy.me, a Freelance Recruiter, a Recruitment Consultant at Sourcing Wizards, and an HR Generalist at Itekako. Sanja brings her flexible, team-oriented approach to all her work, continuously learning and accepting new skills.
