Sandy Ussia is a Technical Evangelist for Lightning Tools, an active member of the SharePoint, PowerApps, and Flow communities, and a Microsoft Business Applications MVP. With a background in finance and computer information systems, Sandy started working with SharePoint in 2007 and has since become an expert in the field. She enjoys helping people solve their problems, learning new things, and traveling, as she currently lives a nomadic lifestyle.

Throughout her career, Sandy has had various roles, such as Vice President and co-owner of Castcon Stone Inc, Instructor at Shenango Valley School of Business and Ohio Valley Business College, Technical Support Manager and Global Partner Manager at Lightning Tools, and Consultant at PC Assist. She's also worked as a Training Provider at Collaboris MicroJobs, Presenter at Public speaking, and Board Member at PowerAppsUG and FlowUG Board of Advisors.

Currently, Sandy is mainly focused on creating content, doing customer demos, and spreading Lightning Tools goodness around the world. She's an expert in SharePoint tools and web parts for content rollup, data visualization, permissions management, discussion forums, and more.
