Sandra Miranda is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in business operations, product management, consulting, and project leadership.

She holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Instituto de Empresa, a Masters in International Business from Florida International University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela.

Currently, Sandra serves as the Director of Product and Business Operations at ServiceNow, where she drives strategic initiatives and oversees operational functions.

Prior to her current role, Sandra has held key positions in various organizations, including Fund Co-Investor & Advisor at SevenTrainVentures, Director of Product Program Management at Exabeam, and Senior Management Consultant at Kenny & Company.

Her professional journey also includes roles such as Managing Consultant at Navigant, Energy Consultant and Project Manager at Energized Solutions, LLC, and Climate Change and Sustainability Consultant at SAIC.

Moreover, Sandra has experience in academia, having served as the Program Manager for Executive Education at FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY.
