Since 2006 I have worked part time and full time as a Wellness Therapist offering Yoga, Meditation, Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, and Ayurvedic. 

In South Africa I had my own yoga and healing studio in Johannesburg as well as teaching and practicing in corporates, other yoga studios and gyms. Volunteered as an assistant mediation teacher for the New Kadampa Tradition. 

In Portugal teaching yoga to children over summer schools and working part time for a fitness studio. Also volunteering and lived at the New Kadampa Buddhist Temple in Sintra as a cook. 

In Germany volunteered as a meditation teacher for the New Kadampa Tradition from 2017 to 2023.

• Payroll – responsible for the local and temp payrolls.  As well as Partner and expat payrolls.  Complete month end recons for local benefits and update loan and advance (LAAS) reports.  Handle all payroll related queries. 
• Work Permits – full responsibility for all new and extensions of work permits for all staff.  From January 2006 only responsible for Partner work permits.
