Sandra Oyafuso Kina

Sandra Kina holds an Executive MBA in Healthcare Management from Insper, a Master's degree in Medical Informatics, and a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences with a medical specialization from UNIFESP.

With a strong background in education and technology in the healthcare sector, Sandra has served as the Manager of Distance Learning and Adaptive Learning at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein.

She has extensive experience in designing, planning, and implementing projects related to education and health technology, including overseeing the implementation of Distance Postgraduate programs and EAD update courses in collaboration with the MEC.

During her tenure, Sandra successfully led the implementation of educational technology initiatives such as a new Learning Management System (LMS) and Competency-based Learning Paths for over 13,000 employees at Hospital Albert Einstein.

Since 2004, Sandra has been instrumental in implementing technological teaching platforms like Learning Management Systems (LMS) and corporate e-learning initiatives.

She also played a crucial role in communication projects from 2000 to 2011, serving as the coordinator for the internet and intranet at Hospital Albert Einstein and overseeing internal TV communications and Patient and Family Education programs.
