Sandra Jansen

Sandra Jansen is an ambitious Stockholm and Marbella-based talent agent and headhunter with experience in various industries, including media, fintech, banking, gaming, consumer goods, and more. With a background in economics and a passion for talent acquisition, Sandra helps her clients grow their businesses by attracting, maintaining, and developing top talents.

Sandra started her own limited company called LYNX Headhunting after completing her master's degree in business and management from the Stockholm School of Economics in 2015. Her main strengths are her hardworking mentality, sense of connecting people, and team player attitude. She enjoys working in dynamic and multicultural environments to create long-term value for her clients and business partners.

Throughout her career, Sandra has worked with various organizations, including Kognity, Beyond Retail, Sqore, Cohen+Co Talent Agents, Holm - Henning & Partners, Kaplans Auktioner, ASSA ABLOY, Bellbox AB, Svensk Försäljningsentreprenad, L'Oréal, BSP Marketing, and more. Sandra's educational background includes a BSc in Business and Economics from Handelshögskolan i Stockholm, and studies in French and English language and literature from Halmstad University and Stockholm University, respectively.
