Sandi Michel - Retired
Sandi Michel is an accomplished supply chain strategist with a wealth of experience in project management, process reengineering, and operational optimization. With over 30 years in operations and technology roles, Ms. Michel has held senior leadership positions in various industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, and business consulting. Her most recent role is Director of Supply Chain Strategy for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System, where her focus is on implementing interoperability, furthering the adoption of GS1 Global Data Standards, and diversity and inclusivity.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and her Master's Certification in Project Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. She also has certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
Ms. Michel is passionate about technology and operations and has served on the Technology Advisory Board for Tulane University and the Advisory Board for Continuing Education for the University of North Florida. She is the Diversity & Inclusion Council Leader on the System DEI Council for Shared Services Supply Chain and a Steering Committee Member of the FMOLHS Enterprise Project Management Office.
