He has a passion for coaching and helping others succeed, evident from his leadership roles at Coolblue and Relive where he managed and grew design teams.

During his time at Relive, he significantly contributed to the growth and retention of the user base, elevating the design team and emphasizing the importance of discovery and design systems.

Aside from his corporate roles, Sander is an avid freelance designer, consultant, and photographer, with a keen interest in exploring new places, notably Japan.

He pursued his education at Willem de Kooning Academie Rotterdam, shaping his design skills and knowledge.
