Sander Pruijs

Sander Pruijs is a well-traveled and accomplished business professional with extensive experience in leading game-changing strategic initiatives across multiple industries. He has a strong background in Digital Transformation, launching and growing new businesses, major restructurings, recoveries/turn-arounds, and divestitures with a particular interest in developing people and teams.

Pruijs holds an Advanced Management Program from the esteemed Harvard Business School Executive Education, a Masters of Law degree from Leiden University, and has studied at Mercer University's Walter F. George School of Law.

He currently serves as the President at Manufacturers Bank and former Advisor for several companies, including Future Acres, ClimateAI, and Graze Mowing. Pruijs is also noted for his service as the Chairman of the Board for KickStart International, where he was a member of the Audit Committee.

With a former role as SEVP, Global Head of Rural and Retail Clients at Rabobank, Pruijs has unique experience in banking and financial services. He also served as an Advisory Board Member at Claims Corporation Network and has held previous roles at ABN AMRO Bank and Rabobank International.
