Sander graduated from the HKU Art Academy in Utrecht and transitioned into the design world as an independent designer in the late nineties. His journey in the digital landscape began in 1997 when he created his first website for a client, marking the start of a flourishing career.
Over the years, Sander honed his skills and expertise, eventually joining his first agency in 2003. He went on to spend a decade as a digital designer, art director, and creative director for various agencies, acquiring invaluable experience and knowledge.
In 2013, Sander demonstrated his entrepreneurial spirit by building a digital agency within a Dutch IT consulting firm, showcasing his ability to innovate and drive growth.
His notable career trajectory led him to join Capgemini in 2019, where he assumed a leadership role as the head of its NL design studio Idean. At Capgemini, Sander is focused on integrating strategic design principles into the company's offerings, spearheading initiatives that blend creativity with business strategy.
Throughout his professional journey, Sander has established himself as a Design Director and Principal at Idean, bringing his wealth of experience to the forefront. Prior to his current role, he held key positions such as Creative & Strategy Director at Conclusion Digital, Creative Director at Qi (Conclusion), Creative Director at La Comunidad Amsterdam, Art Director at IdtV, Art Director at RAPP, and Art Director at Brand New Telly Industries.
