Having attended AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute for a Bachelor's degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management and Sikkim Manipal University for BscHT in Hotel & Tourism Management, Sandeep has a solid educational foundation in the industry.

Throughout his career, Sandeep has been associated with esteemed organizations such as Carnival Cruise Line, NOVOTEL HYDERABAD AIRPORT, The Lalit Ashok Hotel (Bangalore), and Tech Mahindra (formerly Mahindra Satyam), where he held roles ranging from Food and Beverage Manager to Technical Associate.

Sandeep Tomar is also recognized for his entrepreneurial ventures, being the Co-Founder of Celebratious and the former Co-Founder of Searchfinn, as well as the Business Owner of Anaya's Kitchen - a Restaurant and Catering establishment.
