Sandeep Mukhopadhyay

Sandeep Mukhopadhyay is a highly experienced professional with over 14 years of expertise in building scalable data systems using Java, J2EE, and BigData technologies.

He has co-founded two startups in the AdTech and Marketing Tech sectors - Agnie Media Software and PivoxIO, and has a passion for entrepreneurship.

Sandeep excels in backend engineering, big data, user stores, internet advertising, marketing, growth hacking, and data engineering.

His technical skills span across Core Java, Guice, Spring, SQL, NoSQL, Python, along with BigData technologies like MongoDB, Redis, Hadoop, Hive, and more.

With a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from the Army Institute of Technology and a background in science from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Sandeep has a strong educational foundation.

He currently serves as the Founder and CTO at FreightFox, and has previously held key roles such as Engineering Manager, Principal Software Engineer, and Co-Founder in various organizations.

Sandeep has also dabbled in the restaurant business as a partner at 'Bay of Bengal', a Bengali cuisine restaurant in Pune.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Sandeep enjoys teaching as a part-time hobby and is dedicated to making data insightful and usable.
