Currently serving as the Director at Fintech Convergence Council, Sandeep drives initiatives that shape the future of fintech in India and globally, including organizing the Global Fintech Fest, a prominent platform for thought leadership and collaboration.

Throughout his career, Sandeep has excelled in delivering impactful research and managing programs for both banking and nonbank financial institutions, with a special emphasis on cross-border payments, remittance, market evaluation, and feasibility studies.

As a co-founder and COO of Remitware Payments Inc., a fintech startup specializing in cross-border payments, Sandeep successfully scaled the business by establishing strategic partnerships and acquiring licenses in multiple geographies.
