Sanaz Javadi Farahzadi is an International Lawyer and adviser with 17 years of experience in International Trade, Intellectual Property, women economic empowerment, and gender equality across Europe, the Middle East, Central and South East Asia.

Sanaz has excelled as a Trainer/Lecturer in various aspects of trade, intellectual property, women empowerment, and gender equality, providing technical assistance to local communities, businesses, indigenous women, and women entrepreneurs in South East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.
Her work experience includes collaboration with prestigious entities like the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), International Trade Center (ITC) under EU-funded Projects, UNCTAD, INTA, and EUIPO. She has also shared her expertise as a Speaker/Mentor at ETH Zurich, Graduate Institute Geneva, and Cambridge University.
Sanaz's educational background is impressive, with achievements such as a Summer school on Intellectual Property Law at WIPO Academy in Geneva, a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law with A+ honors from Shahid Beheshti University, a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Intellectual Property Law from Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg, an L.L.M in International Contracts and Arbitration (International Trade Law) with honors from Université de Fribourg/Universität Freiburg, and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Shahid Beheshti University.
