Before joining Nicholas Residential LLC as Executive Vice President of Community Outreach & Development, Sana was a Course Instructor at Bill Blackwood Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas and founder and CEO of Kimiya International.

Sana has also held many high-profile positions, including Associate Vice President for University Communications at The University of Texas at Arlington, Director of the Public Information Office for the City of Dallas, and Managing Editor at City of Arlington. She has also worked as a News Anchor/Reporter for Fox 25 News (KOKH) and as a News Reporter/Producer/Assignment Editor at WBRZ News 2 Louisiana.
