With a background in law and experience as a policy advisor, general counsel, and litigator focusing on women's rights and civil rights advocacy, Sana excels in building cultures of collaboration, accountability, and respect to achieve organizational goals.

Her accomplishments include leading transformative change at organizations like Planned Parenthood of Maryland, Firefly Children's Network, AARP, and others, enhancing mission alignment, financial stability, and staff morale.

Sana's expertise spans change leadership, financial turnaround, high-profile litigation, and a wide array of executive competencies including strategic leadership, fundraising, operations management, and diversity advocacy.

She holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law, a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Cornell University.
