Samuel Tsoi

Samuel Tsoi is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and a wealth of professional experience in various organizations. He is a RISE Urban Leadership Fellow from the University of San Diego and holds a Master of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Boston. Additionally, he has pursued Executive Education at Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a Graduate Certificate from Tufts University. Samuel has also broadened his horizons through studies as a Visiting Student at Peking University, earning a B.A. from Gordon College, and attending Boston Latin School.
