Samuel Ho

Samuel Ho, an IBM HR Shift to Cloud Practice Leader in the ASEAN region, has a rich and diverse background in project delivery, solution design, and human capital management. With over ten years of experience, he has a proven track record delivering innovative solutions that align to clients’ needs. Samuel also volunteers as an executive member of AAdvantage, IBM’s Asian American Diversity Network, championing the cause of increasing diversity and inclusion.

Samuel’s passion for people, transformation, and change management is evident in the way he approaches complex situations, develops creative solutions, and translates HCM strategies into actions. He is an expert in SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and Workday HCM technologies and takes a solution agnostic approach, identifying the best-fit people technologies for his clients. He holds a bachelor's degree in computing from the National University of Singapore, and has completed a study stint at Harvard University.

As an IBM SME, Samuel is well-regarded in the industry, frequently sharing his HCM enterprise solutions expertise. He has held various roles at IBM, including former Workday Practice Leader, Project Manager, Solution Architect, Deputy Project Manager, and Senior Consultant. Before joining IBM, Samuel worked at Accenture (Singapore) and Singapore Police Force as an intern and Staff Officer, respectively.
