Sampriti Ganguli
Board Member - Advisor - Former CEO
Sampriti Ganguli is a Senior Advisor at Arabella Advisors, where she previously served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for over seven years. During her tenure as CEO, she was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the firm's performance, including revenue, operations, strategic growth, marketing, and client services.12 She stepped down from the CEO role in April 2022 but continues to serve on Arabella's board of directors.3
Before joining Arabella Advisors, Sampriti spent 14 years at the Corporate Executive Board (CEB), where she held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of the legal, risk, and compliance practice. Her career also includes experience at JPMorgan Chase’s Emerging Markets Research division and as a consultant for the World Bank’s East Asia Environment and Social Development Unit.12
Sampriti holds a BA in Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College, an MA in International Affairs from Johns Hopkins University’s School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), and an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.12 She is recognized for her contributions to increasing workplace diversity and leadership in the charitable sector, having received awards such as the Corporate Trailblazer Award from the National Black MBA Association and a Brava Award from SmartCEO magazine.1
