Sammakai Richards Jr. is a skilled project leader with a strong background in assessing real estate investment opportunities and associated risk factors through in-depth financial analysis. His expertise extends to financial application and systems support, encompassing proficiency in Excel, Argus, Bloomberg, and other key applications widely utilized in the real estate industry. Sammakai has been actively involved in diverse aspects of the due diligence process, including tenant credit analysis, lease and loan document reviews, market analysis, and competitive positioning. He has contributed to the preparation of Investment Committee Memorandum and engaged in delivering presentations to stakeholders. Sammakai pursued a Master of Management in Hospitality, Real Estate, and Finance at Cornell University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from Morgan State University. Currently, he serves as a Management Consultant at Various organizations.
