He has held numerous leadership positions with global corporations, including RECKITT BENCKISER (RB), Arla Foods, The Estée Lauder Companies, and Danone. Sami's wealth of expertise has led to many accomplishments throughout his career, including leading major transformations and driving supply chain optimization initiatives that had a direct, positive impact on company growth.

As the Chief Supply Officer for RB and a member of the Group Executive Committee, Sami plays a vital role in driving supply chain excellence for the company. Before that, he was the COO and member of the Executive Management Team at Arla Foods. He had also served as the SVP SUPPLY CHAIN EMEA at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he coordinated and optimized the region's entire end-to-end supply chain.
