With a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a BA in Chemistry from Dartmouth College, Dr. Fam has a diversified expertise in the environmental field.

Currently serving as a consultant and technical advisor at Innovative Engineering Solutions, Inc., Dr. Fam offers leadership in enhanced bioremediation and natural attenuation.

His work involves evaluating, designing, and implementing conventional and innovative technologies for site remediation, focusing on hazardous waste treatment and energy efficiency.

Dr. Fam has authored numerous journal publications and is a co-author of 'In-Situ Treatment Technology' (Lewis Publishers, 1996). He is renowned in the environmental consulting industry for his work in bioremediation.

Previously, Dr. Fam held key positions such as President at Innovative Engineering Solutions Inc., National Remediation Technical Director at Geraghty & Miller, and President at CleanLand Corporation.

He has also worked at EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc. as the Manager of New England Operations and at Clean Harbors Inc. as the Manager of Site Remediation.
