Samantha Horsfield

Samantha Horsfield is a senior corporate lawyer with a distinguished career in international private practice and in-house roles in Sydney and London.

She possesses a diverse range of transactional experience, from implementing global regulatory change programs at HSBC in London to overseeing multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions at Allen & Overy in Sydney.

Samantha is deeply committed to driving business performance and strategy, leveraging her collaborative approach to find solutions, and demonstrating a practical and energetic attitude in achieving successful outcomes.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) from The Australian National University.

Currently, Samantha serves as a Lawyer in the Group Legal and Strategic Investments division at Westpac. Previously, she held positions as Senior Executive and Secondee in Group Corporate Structuring at HSBC, as well as roles at Allen & Overy and Clayton Utz.
