In TCS E-com I was the lead UI/UX Designer. My role was to increase conversion and sales by conducting user research and improving the existing user experience of the website. I worked directly with multi-disciplinary teams including sales & marketing, SEO, finance, customer support and vendor management. Collecting data from them to create better user personas and usability tests helped in effective user journey which not only satisfied users, business and technical requirements but also met with strategic objectives.I also created a dashboard for vendors and sellers by data visualization which was easy to understand by it's users and effective for business to manage data, inventory, rates & margins, promotions and campaigns.TCS E-com had agile working environment. My responsibility included managing multiple projects simultaneously adhering to deadlines.

Working remotely on this job I had to make sure that my tasks were prioritized and met project timelines.I worked in collaboration with front-end development and marketing team. User research was done to create a user experience that made the entire e-commerce journey effective and easy to comprehend.

At Cubix Labs Inc. I was a designer who was responsible for Website/Mobile Application Design, Game Design & Animation and Functional QA of products and creative deliverables.I worked closely with front-end and game development teams providing them with creative ideas and input during development of every project.Created wireframes and interactive prototypes for all screens and pages for mobile apps and websites, respectively. Produced user experiences based on modern design principles. All of my projects followed company and product owner/client's standards.In cross platform game designing I was responsible for digitally painting or illustrating vector graphics, including characters, game props, environments, splash screens and GUI. I also did sprite animations and created animated effects.

This being my very first job taught me a lot about work environment and design industry. Being new and inexperienced I took direction from senior designers and project managers.As a graphic designer I experienced every form of design working at Rocket Internet. From websites and landing pages to email templates and animated images for social media posts, I created everything. This is the company where I learned to work in a team. I was required to collaborate with copywriters and web developers to elevate designs.
