Sam Strickling

Sam Strickling is an experienced Principal Growth Catalyst with a proven track record of building teams, products, business relationships, and culture in high-tech organizations. Strickling has extensive expertise in developing multi-horizon innovation funnels and fail-fast practices in both B2B and B2C settings. He is a skilled leader in mobilizing high-performing cross-functional technical teams to deliver innovative solutions under accelerated schedules. Strickling's extensive technology experience includes data acquisition, wearable computing, automation, mixed reality, and consumer experience. He has the ability to articulate technical challenges to executive leadership with ease. Sam Strickling studied mechanical engineering at Baylor University and has worked for Nike, Tektronix, and National Instruments. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Innovation at Tektronix. Strickling has a passion for incubation, early horizon exploration, research facility design, business development, product/project/program management (AGILE), multidisciplinary engineering design management, product development, technology readiness, UX/UI design, new ventures, and M&A.
