Sam Sipes

Sam Sipes, the CEO of Lutheran Services Florida, is a highly experienced professional in the non-profit social service sector. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and has also studied at St. Ambrose University and Fundación Universidad de las Américas Puebla. With over 1,300 staff working towards providing safe, supportive, and vibrant communities, LSF caters to nearly 500,000 individuals in Florida annually. Sam's expertise and skills in developing and leading teams have played a pivotal role in driving LSF towards success. Before serving as CEO at LSF, Sam was the President and COO at Upbring, formerly known as Lutheran Social Services of the South. He has also held leadership positions at Texas Department of Mental Health and Mental Retardation, Brown-Karhan Health Care, and The Oaks Treatment Center of the Brown Schools.
