    Sam Richardson is an accomplished academic with a diverse educational background. He obtained his BA in Human Biology with a Health Policy concentration and a minor in Economics from Stanford University. Later, he pursued a PhD in Health Policy with a concentration in Economics at Harvard University after completing his studies at Winchester High School.

    In terms of professional experience, Sam Richardson currently serves as an Associate Professor of the Practice of Economics at Boston College. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Professor of Public Affairs at The University of Texas at Austin. Additionally, he has contributed significantly to various teaching roles, including Head Teaching Fellow for American Health Care Policy at Harvard University Faculty of Arts and Sciences, Instructor for Doctoral Student Mathematics Review Course at Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, and Teaching Fellow for Topics in Health Economics at Ca' Foscari-Harvard Summer School, among others.

    During his academic journey, Sam Richardson also served as a Research Assistant at Harvard Kennedy School and National Bureau of Economic Research under Amitabh Chandra. He also worked as a Research Assistant at the Department of Veterans Affairs and even ventured into the field of education as a 7th Grade Teacher at the City of East Palo Alto.
