Sam Ngan

Sam Ngan (顏昭輝) is a seasoned serial entrepreneur, business advisor, and tech firm valuator with over 12 years of expertise in IT system consulting, implementation, financing, and valuation. His entrepreneurial journey includes founding various Internet companies specializing in digital marketing, VR, and Fintech. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Sam served as the head of strategic and investor relations at Picowork, a groundbreaking tech startup, where he spearheaded strategic development initiatives, secured over USD10M in funding, and facilitated the company's planned listing on the Hong Kong GEM Board. Sam also lent his skills to GCA, a prominent professional service company, providing financial advisory and valuation services to both public and private entities.
