Sam Mesikepp

Sam Mesikepp is a construction professional with a diverse background, encompassing 2 years in wood-framed multifamily residential construction in Seattle and 13 years in mid & high-rise commercial construction in the San Francisco Bay Area.

During his time in the construction industry, Sam has honed his skills in estimating, scheduling, on-site project engineering duties, warranty, closeout, computer modeling, buyout & negotiation, business development, and strategic planning.

With a goal to establish himself as a thoughtful and innovative leader in the industry, Sam also aims to create opportunities for a future retirement, sabbatical, or career shift while still maintaining a healthy age.

His specialties include conceptual and detailed cost estimating, buyout processes, 3D modeling, client relationship management, project logistics & organization, project pursuit, and team building & leadership.

Sam Mesikepp pursued his education at the University of Washington, studying both a B.A. and a B.S., which provided a strong foundation for his career in the construction sector.

Currently, Sam serves as a Preconstruction Manager at Hathaway Dinwiddie, where his expertise and experience contribute to the success of the organization.
