Sam Meek

Sam Meek is a driven entrepreneur known for his creative, business development, and marketing talents. He serves as the co-founder and CEO of Sandboxx, a military media and platform company located in Arlington, VA. Sandboxx focuses on simplifying the military journey through content and technology. Sam's background includes a successful career in the Marine Corps, followed by a transition to Wall Street, where he held a key role at WR Platform Advisors. In 2013, he partnered with Major General Ray Smith to establish Sandboxx, which has evolved into a leading military lifestyle brand and channel platform with millions of users.

Raised in Sun Valley, Idaho, Sam developed a passion for the outdoors and skiing. After graduating from Salisbury School and Eagle Brook School, he joined the Marine Corps in response to the events of 9/11. During his time in the military, Sam deployed to Iraq twice before transitioning to a civilian career on Wall Street. Sam's commitment to the military and startup community is evident through his involvement on various boards. Additionally, he is a dedicated husband, father, angel investor, and startup advisor. Outside of his professional pursuits, Sam enjoys piloting, sports, and outdoor activities, residing in Middleburg, Virginia, with his family.
