Sam McLean

Sam McLean is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in the creative industry, excelling as a senior UI/UX designer and a creative director.

He has successfully managed branding and product design for various startups, demonstrating a keen ability to deliver user-centric solutions while navigating different funding stages.

In addition to his design expertise, Sam's creative directorial endeavors have earned him recognition at major global film festivals, such as Clermont Ferrand, as a Canadian selection.

During the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Sam co-founded a sustainable spirits company focused on urban agriculture for botanical supplies, officially launching in 2023.

Born in the UK, raised in Asia and the Middle East, having lived in Montreal, Canada, and currently based in London, Sam brings a diverse and multicultural perspective to his work.

His educational background includes a Professional Certificate in UI & Visual Design from the UX Design Institute and a Bachelors (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University.
