Sam Loyd Janlov is a creative and strategy-minded learning and development (L&D) professional with a diverse skill set that includes a combination of behavioral science, user experience (UX), and learning design. With over 15 years of experience, Sam has a deep understanding of adult learning principles, UX design, LX design, gamification, organizational development, corporate culture, leadership, behavior change, and motivational psychology.

Sam has a passion for reading and learning in areas related to L&D, UX design, and software development. Their recent focus has been on LX and UX design for software applications.
