Sam Kennedy
Sam Kennedy brings a wealth of experience to his role as Chief Executive Officer at Boston Red Sox. He joined the organization in 2002 as Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and has since served as Executive Vice President/Chief Operating Officer and President, in addition to his current CEO role. Under his leadership, the Boston Red Sox have achieved tremendous success, including three World Series championships (2004, 2007, and 2013). Kennedy is a graduate of Wesleyan University and received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. Before joining the Red Sox, he worked as an attorney and adjunct professor of Sports Law at Boston College Law School. As CEO, Kennedy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the team's operation, from on-field performance to fan experience to strategic planning. He is also actively involved in charitable organizations throughout New England.
