Sam Jadallah is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in product development, market penetration, and key account management. His expertise lies in creating and scaling innovative solutions aimed at empowering individuals and ensuring environmental sustainability.
Previously, Sam served as the head of home services at Apple, where he played a significant role in leading the company's endeavors in the home sector. He was instrumental in initiatives that allowed Apple devices like the iPhone and Apple Watch to unlock doors globally in various settings such as homes, cars, apartments, hotels, offices, and even DisneyWorld. Additionally, Sam founded and led Otto, a company specializing in consumer hardware and services that revolutionized the home entry and access experience.
Before his roles at Apple and Otto, Sam held positions as a venture capitalist, a general partner at MDV, a managing director at Internet Capital Group, and a corporate vice president at Microsoft, where he oversaw global channel and SMB sales and marketing. Sam is actively involved in various organizations, including serving as an active member of the Barbary Coast Chapter of YPO and a trustee emeritus of Case Western Reserve University. He is also a staunch advocate for equal opportunity and justice.
Sam's educational background includes studying at Somerville High School and pursuing Computer Engineering at Case Western Reserve University.
